What to expect: 

Join Chancee and Heather for a deeply restful sound healing and yoga experience. Participants can expect to nourish their bodies through restful poses guided by Heather while immersing in the lovely sound healing provided by Chancee.

Please bring a mat and a mug for tea. Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and tea will be provided, along with a few small gifts!
